Level 1 and Level 2 are both four-day training blocks (total of eight days) that are designed to give participants a comprehensive, theoretical and practical grounding in Emotion Focused Therapy for individuals. For those interested in certification as an Emotion Focused Therapist, completion of Levels 1 and 2 constitutes the basic training component of the certification pathway.
