Understanding Emotionally Focused Therapy with Professor Robert Elliott

An unscripted EFT session by Robert Elliot, which demonstrates the core method for working with a client’s unresolved issues with his father. Includes a commentary by Robert. The work is supported by the use of experiential focusing to access and symbolise emotions, following self-soothing towards the end of the session.

We will watch the video together, via Zoom, and come together at the conclusion to have a facilitated group discussion.
