Emotion Focused Therapy Foundations – In Person

An Introduction to Emotion Focused Therapy

Foundations offers the opportunity to have a taste of Emotion Focused Therapy before committing to a four day training.  The one day training introduces the origins, evidence-base, and central person-centred philosophy of EFT and emotion theory. Participants engage in experiential exercises relating to empathy and presence, essential ingredients when working with emotions. Reflection on a live EFT session introduces EFT process formulation and the marker-task basis of this approach.
